About PFWC
Pregnancy and Family Wellness Centre was founded in 2020 by Dr Aimee Owens, a Chiropractor who wanted to create a space where women and their families could grow through holistic health care.

At Pregnancy and Family Wellness Centre we provide a variety of holistic and natural health services to empower families throughout their health and wellness journey. We truly believe that holistic healthcare is a vital part of pregnancy care and helps to create better outcomes for the entire family unit - when a mother is truly cared for, she can better care for those around her.

Our mission at Pregnancy and Family Wellness Centre is to empower women through their pregnancy with hands on care and knowledge. We strive to help women to grow happy, healthy families, and to truly honour and care for themselves. Our team provides professional and knowledgeable health care to work with and educate everyone who enters our space.

Dr Aimee Owens completed a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Chiropractic) at RMIT University in 2018. Since graduating, she has practiced in Upper Ferntree Gully and Beaconsfield before opening Pregnancy and Family Wellness Centre here in Berwick. She has immersed herself into everything pregnancy, birth and family care since she started practicing and regularly attends professional development seminars as she loves learning new things to further assist her patient’s on their health journey.
Aimee grew up with a love of holistic healthcare and was lucky to have seen the many benefits that Chiropractic care brought to herself and to her family through the many stages of life. She believes in a truly holistic approach to health - focusing not only on physical health, but also emotional wellbeing and nutritional needs.
She is very passionate about pregnancy Chiropractic as well as Chiropractic care for children and families. Aimee loves watching families grow and providing them with holistic healthcare to keep them feeling happy and healthy. When she's not in the clinic you'll probably find her painting (or trying really hard to), having brunch and spending time with her family.
