Nutrition
Nutritional medicine is the practice of utilising food and nutrition as a key tool for disease prevention and management. It is a holistic, comprehensive and integrative approach that encompasses traditional food wisdom and current scientific evidence to influence and promote our health. ‘Health’ can be subjective and can mean different things for different people. This is why Maggie's approach is so individualised with a focus on eating in a way that feels good for YOU.

Nutritional medicine can assist with many conditions, including the following:
-
Immune support, including autoimmune disease
-
Preconception, pregnancy and post-natal support
-
Anxiety, depression and stress
-
Sports nutrition
-
Managing food allergies and intolerances
-
Digestive health
-
Low energy
-
General wellbeing
-
Metabolic health
Each of us is unique, with varying metabolisms, digestive capabilities, genes and lifestyles, Maggie will work with you to develop a plan that’s specific and relevant to your needs.
A one-on-one session with Maggie will focus on:
-
Identifying and addressing nutritional deficiencies or imbalances that are contributing to any health or medical conditions you wish to address.
-
Developing a personalised plan that may entail dietary and lifestyle/environmental modifications, as well as high quality supplements if necessary. Nutritional requirements are incredibly individual and we will work together to tailor a plan that suits your circumstances.
-
Working on long-term habits that will help you to implement these changes for life without unnecessary dietary restrictions.
-
Supporting you to feel good about what you eat and maintain a mindful and intuitive approach to eating.
Your plan will be tailored to suit your budget, preferences and lifestyle.

A specific meal plan can offer inspiration and be great for those who are not sure where to start or thrive on having more direction (as well as taking the hassle out of meal planning).
-
Your 6-day plan will include meals and recipes with your preferences, budget, lifestyle and medical conditions in mind.
-
Meal plans are not calorie or portion controlled as intuitive eating is still encouraged.
